All products are priced by weight. The price per pound remains consistent, but each package of meat is a slightly different weight. When you order, the order total you receive is an estimate. Once your order is placed, your items will be weighed, and you will be contacted with the final price.

Short ribs are cut from the ribs of the cow. They are full of flavor and wonderfully tender. Grill or slow roast these for a succulent dish. There are two ribs per package. These include bones.

This beef was butchered in January and must be sold to make room for new stock.
