Bread & Butter Roast
Bread & Butter Roast is also known as Cross Rib Roast, English Roast and Cross Rib Chuck Roast. It is cut from the hind end of the chuck and into the first few ribs. This roast includes a few rib bones. The string is removed from the roast before packaging. The layers of fat and meat make the roast juicy and flavorful when cooked slowly.
