All products are priced by weight. The price per pound remains consistent, but each package of meat is a slightly different weight. When you order, the order total you receive is an estimate. Once your order is placed, your items will be weighed, and you will be contacted with the final price.

This is the tail of the cow. Often called Ox Tail, the cow's tail is a popular delicacy among Jamaican food. Superb with flavor, it is commonly stewed or braised.

This beef was butchered in January and must be sold to make room for new stock.

Remember, a cow has only one tail.
