All products are priced by weight. The price per pound remains consistent, but each package of meat is a slightly different weight. When you order, the order total you receive is an estimate. Once your order is placed, your items will be weighed, and you will be contacted with the final price.

This is half of a cow's heart. Beef heart tastes a lot like the other meat from the cow, and it has a wonderfully different texture. You can fry it, stir fry it, chop it up for stew, or slow cook it in slices.
